Shipping and delivery

1. Digital delivery only

Zenffy Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U62013KL2026PTC106027) provides software and digital services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.

2. Delivery time

After your payment is confirmed, we deliver access by email, by WhatsApp, or through your Zenffy account, usually within 1 working day. Where a written agreement sets a delivery schedule, that schedule applies.

Payment confirmations are sent by email or in the WhatsApp conversation where you paid.

3. Delivery problems

If you have not received access within 2 working days of a confirmed payment, email hello@zenffy.com with the payment date, amount, and reference. If we cannot deliver the service, we will refund you in line with our cancellation and refunds policy.
